You will have access to the program materials, recordings, guides, etc.. until the end of January of 2027. Your Chrysalis CEO Hub access expires after the program ends but can be continued for a small monthly fee.

A creative business is one that combines different aspects to create a new form of business. It's not your typical cookie cutter law firm or account business or big tech company. It's for the people out there who have built something that doesn't exist in that exact format in the world and therefore don't have any standard guidelines or rules to follow. An example is my own Chrysalis Creative Coaching business where I take my 12+ years experience running an art business and combine it with my Project Management skills and Executive Coaching practice to create a unique format. There is no one doing the exact same thing as you because there is no one else like you. And that being the case, it can be hard to figure out what to do to grow your business and how to get accountability. Most programs give you content and leave you to figure out the rest alone. This is different because there is no pile of modules to work through — just 1 live call a week, a clear weekly focus, and a group keeping you accountable. The structure is built around finishing, and learning as you go.

Podcasts and content give you information. This gives you a deadline, a plan, and people holding you accountable to actually use it. There's a big difference between knowing what to do and having someone in your corner making sure you do it — that's exactly what these six weeks of live calls are designed to deliver.

Weekly Group Coaching calls will be delivered online via Google Meet. Your Chrysalis CEO Hub is also online.

Life happens — especially when you're running a creative business solo. Every call is recorded and available in your private community space so you never fall behind. That said, showing up live as often as you can is where the magic happens, so we encourage you to protect that time where possible.

Each week includes a 2 hour live call: one hour of group coaching online followed by an hour of project work. Add 2-8 hours to work on your project independently and you're looking at 4-10 hours total each week. This program is specifically designed to fit around school runs, nap times, and the reality of running a creative business.

We meet for 2 hours each Wednesday at 9pm CET (3pm ET | 12pm PT | 8pm UK | 7am Thursday Sydney) for group coaching plus project work and accountability. The week of Thanksgiving we meet Monday, November 23rd.

A good project for this program is something you can realistically devote 2-10 hours a week to — think launching your Pinterest strategy, building out your Shopify store, setting up your email welcome sequence, or planning a launch for a new offer or product.
